A bespoke handle is designed with a unique heat vent to reduce heat transfer, fit comfortably in your hand, and attach seamlessly to the base to eliminate the tough-to-clean crevice. The Thomas Keller Insignia Stainless Steel Sauté Pans feature an expanded cooking surface area for increased heating, browning and flavor. Handcrafted in Italy, these sauté pans are oven and broil-safe up to 600°F and induction capable. As with all Thomas Keller Insignia Cookware, these pieces are packaged in recycled materials and have a lifetime warranty.
