The Thomas Keller Insignia Stainless Steel Sauté Pan features an expanded cooking surface area for increased heating, browning and flavor. Handcrafted in Italy, this sauté pan is oven and broil-safe up to 600°F and induction capable. As with all Thomas Keller Insignia Cookware, this piece is packaged in recycled materials and has a lifetime warranty.
