Ad Hoc’s house-made Hoc Sauce is our take on a traditional hot sauce and pairs perfectly with our famous buttermilk fried chicken. The Hoc Sauce is a combination of distilled white vinegar, garlic, jalapeno pepper, salt and serrano pepper. Its star ingredient is the aji dulce pepper, a more fruit-forward heat, and is grown exclusively in The French Laundry’s culinary garden located in Yountville, California.
