Early in Chef Thomas Keller’s career, a weekly ritual of glazed old-fashioned doughnuts and coffee to cheer himself evolved into a timeless dessert at The French Laundry: Cappuccino Semifreddo with Cinnamon-Sugar Doughnuts.
