A bespoke handle is designed with a unique heat vent to reduce heat transfer, fit comfortably in your hand, and attach seamlessly to the base to eliminate the tough-to-clean crevice. Wider, rather than taller, the Thomas Keller Insignia Stainless Steel Sauce Pot features a larger cooking surface ideal for flavor building. Handcrafted in Italy, this sealed rim sauce pot is dishwasher safe, oven and broil safe up to 600oF, and induction capable. As with all Thomas Keller Insignia Cookware, this piece is packaged in recycled materials and has a lifetime warranty. Please note: the 4QT sauce pot features a helper handle.
