Chocolate coated hazelnuts are a favorite of our Per Se pastry team and we're making them available to Finesse, The Store for the very first time. These hazelnuts come from Oregon and are first roasted and caramelized. They are then coated in 40% Valrhona Jivara milk chocolate, followed by a layer of delicately crunchy feuilletine flakes, and a coat of 70% Valrhona Guanaja dark chocolate. For the finale—the hazelnuts are rolled in dark cocoa powder. We dare you to eat just one. A perfect gift.
