Chocolate coated hazelnuts are a firm favorite of our New York Pastry team. These hazelnuts come from Oregon and are first roasted and caramelized. They are coated in 40% Valrhona Jivara milk chocolate, followed by a layer of delicately crunchy feuilletine flakes, and a coat of 70% Valrhona Guanaja dark chocolate. The finale—the hazelnuts are rolled in dark cocoa powder.
