Jacobsen Orchards is a small Yountville-based farm tucked in the heart of the Napa Valley. Throughout the year, they provide The French Laundry with figs, stone fruit, apples, pears and edible blossoms. Our limited release, Jacobsen Orchards Fig Jam Collection, features three seasonal favorites: Violette de Bordeaux, Italian Honey and Genoa.
