This bean-to-bar collection offers single-origin chocolates as bars featuring unexpected inclusions, all roasted ground and molded by hand in small batches in Napa Valley, California. K+M Chocolate represents the cornerstone of an expanded array of Keller + Manni’s bean-to-bar offerings, crafted with exacting standards and meticulous attention to detail.
K+M Milk Chocolate 55% Truffle Fries is inspired by the namesake side at Chef Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bistro. This bean-to-bar chocolate combines lightly salted, crunchy French fries and milk chocolate with a hint of truffle. Crafted with a blend of Arriba Nacional cacao from Ecuador’s Hacienda Victoria estate and Río Caribe beans from Venezuela’s Paria Peninsula.
