Available in three sizes, these bowls are unique pieces used for service at both The French Laundry and Per Se. The bowls are crafted by renowned Korean porcelain manufacturer KwangJuYo, combining traditional methods and glazes with the recreation and modernization of Korean pottery. KwangJuYo was established in 1963 with the aim of continuing to craft Korean pottery in the tradition set forth by the Gwangju Gwanyo workshop that supplied the pottery needs of the Joseon royal family.
