These luxurious sheepskin rugs are made with the same holistic philosophy as Elysian Fields Farm's renowned Pure Bred Lamb, found on the menu at The French Laundry. The rugs have been tanned, preserving the wool and leaving it soft and dense. The double-sided hide is resistant to cracking. Keith Martin, owner/farmer of Elysian Fields Farm in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, selects each pelt from his fine flock and oversees the eight-month process.
